Each burner has a two-piece design with lift-off heads that make them extremely easy to clean. The hot plate also features one trouble-free manual heat control valve per burner and uses a standing pilot ignition system to start up. The front, sides, and top ledge of the hot plate are constructed out of stainless steel making it incredibly durable.
